La-La Land Records will release a new soundtrack album for the animated TV show Green Lantern: The Animated Series. The album features selections from the show’s original score composed by Frederik Wiedmann. The soundtrack will be released physically tomorrow, July 2, on the label’s website and will also be available digitally. The CD version is limited to 1500 copies. The label has previously released an album featuring music from the show last summer. Check out our previous article for the full details. Green Lantern: The Animated Series based on the DC Comics character follows the adventures of Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Sector 2814, and his warrior ally, Kilowog in their battle against the Red Lanterns, led by the villain Atrocitus. The show’s 26 episodes premiered between early 2012 and early 2013.
