Harry Gregson-Williams has revealed on his official Facebook fan page that is currently working on Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated sci-fi film Prometheus. According to the composer, he will be “supplementing the score” by Marc Streitenfeld who is the film’s primary composer. Gregson-Williams previously collaborated with Scott on 2005’s historical epic Kingdom of Heaven. Prometheus starring Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green, and Ben Foster follows a team of explorers who discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth. In related news, Hybrid have announced that they will be collaborating with Gregson-Williams on his score for the remake of the sci-fi thriller Total Recall. The electronic group has previously worked with the composer on numerous projects, including Tony Scott’s Man on Fire, Deja Vu and Unstoppable, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and last year’s Cowboys & Aliens.
