Varese Sarabande has announced the details of the score album for the comedy A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas. The soundtrack includes the original score from the movie composed by William Ross. The album will be released on November 15, 2011 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously announced, Watertower Music has released a separate soundtrack with the songs from the film, two of which feature Ross’ arrangements. A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmasis directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson and stars Kal Penn, John Cho, Neil Patrick Harris, Patton Oswalt and Tom Lennon. It’s hard to believe such an esteemed soundtrack composer can swing from Forrest Gump to this type of raunchy comedy but it does make sense from a totally Christmasy cheery soundtrack score.
