Spinner Music has recently uploaded a new short video interview with Hans Zimmer and Rodrigo y Gabriela focusing on the contributions of the Mexican musical duo to score for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. The site has also published a music video of the track The Pirate That Should Not Be from the film’s soundtrack, in which the musicians can be seen performing the rhythmic guitar parts of the track. In related news, Rodrigo y Gabriela have revealed in a recent interview with Vanity Fair that they will be working on another film that a composer of Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions is scoring. The duo will be collaborating with Henry Jackman on the upcoming Dreamworks Animation picture Puss in Boots. The film featuring the character voiced by Antonio Banderas from the Shrek universe is scheduled to be released on November 4, 2011.
