According to the Gorfaine/Schwartz agency, Brian Tyler has joined the horror thriller Skyline. The project reunites Tyler with directors Colin and Greg Strause who previously worked together on AVPR: Aliens vs Predator – Requiem. The movie is starring Donald Faison and Eric Balfour and is being shot right now. Apart from composing duties, Tyler will also serve as an executive producer and sound supervisor on the movie.
Also coming up for Tyler is the Sly Stallone-directed action movie The Expendables, Red Dawn and Battle: Los Angeles. He also has the George Gallo-directed movies Columbus Circle (which he’s also producing), as well as Middle Men coming up. The latter recently premiered at the Santa Barbara Film Festival and was picked up by Paramount Pictures for release later this year.
