Back Lot Music has released the first track from the soundtrack for the Icelandic romantic drama Touch. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is the film’s love theme, Broken Thread, written by the movie’s composer Högni Egilsson (Under the Tree, Against the Current). Also listen to the full track after the jump. Touch is directed by Baltasar Kormákur and stars Egill Olafsson, Kōki, Sigurdur Ingvarsson, Masahiro Motoki, Palmi Kormakur and Yoko Narahashi. The drama, which follows a widower’s journey to find his first love who disappeared 50 years ago, opened in Icelandic theaters this past May and will be released in U.S. theaters next Friday, July 12 by Focus Features.
