Sony Classical has released three tracks from the soundtrack for the seventh season of the Starz original series Outlander. The 3-track EP features the new version of the opening titles theme The Skye Boat Song (performed by Sinéad O’Connor), as well as the score track Our History Is Now written by the show’s composer Bear McCreary (The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead) and the Scottish traditional song Tha Mi Sgith’n Fhogar Seo’ performed by Griogair Labhruidh. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to all three tracks below. The first part of the seventh season of Outlander developed by Ronald D. Moore and starring Caitríona Balfe & Sam Heughan premiered this summer and the second part will debut in 2024 on Starz.
