Nord-Ouest Films has released a soundtrack album for the French dramedy The Astronaut (L’astronaute). The album features the film’s original music composed by Superpoze (Close Enemies, La source). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. The Astronaut is co-written and directed by Nicolas Giraud an stars Giraud himself, Mathieu Kassovitz, Hélène Vincent, Bruno Lochet and Ayumi Roux. The movie tells the story of on aeronautical engineer who has been dreaming of becoming an astronaut all his life and has been devoting himself for years to a secret project: building a rocket and accomplish the first manned space flight as an amateur. The comedy drama premiered at last year’s Cairo Film Festival and is being released in French theaters today.
