Premiering on Thursday, July 25, is the Netflix original series Another Life created by Aaron Martin and starring Katee Sackhoff, Selma Blair, Justin Chatwin, Tyler Hoechlin, Samuel Anderson, Elizabeth Faith Ludlow, Blu Hunt, A. J. Rivera, Alexander Eling and Alex Ozerov. The show’s original music is composed by Trevor Morris (Immortals, VikingsThe BorgiasOlympus/London Has FallenThe Tudors). Premiering on Friday, July 26, is the Amazon original series The Boys developed by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg based on Darick Robertson’s & Garth Ennis’ comic book series and starring Jack Quaid, Karl Urban, Laz Alonso, Elisabeth Shue, Tomer Capon, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher and Erin Moriarty. Christopher Lennertz (Sausage Party, Horrible Bosses, Lost in Space, Agent Carter) is composing the show’s original music. Premiering on Saturday, July 27, is the drama Share written and directed by Pippa Bianco and starring Rhianne Barreto, Charlie Plummer, Poorna Jagannathan, J.C. MacKenzie, Nick Galitzine and Lovie Simone. The film’s original music is composed by electronic music artist Shlohmo (aka Henry Laufer) who made his feature film scoring debut on the project. Missing from last week’s TV music roundup was the new USA original series and Suits spin-off Pearson created by Aaron Krosh & Daniel Arkin and starring Gina Torres, Morgan Spector, Bethany Joy Lenz, Simon Kassianides, Eli Goree, Isabel Arraiza and Chantel Riley. Christopher Tyng (Futurama, The O.C., Rescue Me) who is also scoring USA’s Suits (which just began its final season run) is composing the show’s original music.
