Composer Michael Price (Sherlock, Wild Target, A Fantastic Fear of Everything, Another Me) is reuniting with Craig Roberts on the upcoming comedy drama Eternal Beauty. The movie marks Roberts’ second directorial effort and stars Sally Hawkins, Alice Lowe, David Thewlis, Billie Piper and Penelope Wilton. The film centers on a woman who, after being rejected by life, spirals into a chaotic, schizophrenic world, where love and normality collide. Adrian Bate (Keeping Faith) is producing the Cliff Edge Pictures production. Price has previously scored Roberts’ directorial debut Just Jim. Eternal Beauty is expected to premiere later this year.
As previously reported, Price will also be reteaming with David Arnold to co-score the upcoming BBC/Netflix series Dracula. He also continues to score ITV’s Unforgotten, which will return for a fourth season later this year and recently scored the British family comedy Patrick, which is opening in select U.S. theaters this weekend.
