Ceiri Torjussen has signed on to score the upcoming thriller Burn. The film is written and directed by Mike Gan and stars Josh Hutcherson, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Suki Waterhouse, Harry Shum Jr. and Shiloh Fernandez. The movie follows a lonely, unstable gas station attendant who constantly feels overshadowed by her more outgoing co-worker. When the gas station they work at is held at gunpoint, she comes up with a way to make a connection with the robber. Jordan Yale Levine (King Cobra), Sukee Chew (Barely Lethal), Russ Posternak, Ash Christian, Jordan Beckerman &  Michael J. Rothstein (After Everything) are producing the project for Film Mode Entertainment and Yale Productions. Torjussen (The Canal, Pistorius) has previously scored Yale Productions’ Jack Goes Home starring Rory Culkin & Lin Shaye. Burn is currently in post-production and is expected to premiere later this year.

Torjussen’s other recent projects also include the Karen Gillan-starring drama All Creatures Here Below, which premiered this past October at the Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival. No release date has been announced yet for the movie.
