Columbia will release a soundtrack album for the animated sequel Despicable Me 3. The album features the original songs and themes from the movie written by Pharrell Williams, including the original track Yellow Light, which will be released tomorrow. Also included are songs by a-ha, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Nena, as well as a suite from the movie’s original score by Heitor Pereira (The Angry Birds Movie, The Smurfs) who previously scored the first two movies and the spin-off Minions. The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 23, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A CD version will also be released and can be pre-ordered by clicking here. Despicable Me 3 is directed by Pierre Coffin, Kyle Balda & Eric Guillon and features the voices of Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig, Trey Parker, Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier, Nev Scharrel, Steve Coogan, Jenny Slate and Julie Andrews.
