The details of the soundtrack album for the indie drama Tallulah have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Michael Brook (Brooklyn, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Into the Wild, The Fighter, The Vow). Also included are the songs I’m Gone Mama by Jim Murphy & The Accents, No Trespassing Blues by Jesus Sons and Baby Where You Are by Ted Lucas. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 29 by Varese Sarabande and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Tallulah is written and directed by Sian Heder and stars Ellen Page, Allison Janney, Tammy Blanchard, Evan Jonigkeit and Uzo Aduba. The movie follows a young drifter searching for her ex-boyfriend who impulsively kidnaps a baby from a neglectful mother and pretends the child is her own. The drama premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and will premiere tomorrow on Netflix and will also be showing in select theaters.
