WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album for the stop-motion animated holiday special Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas. The album features the one-hour special’s songs written by Matthew Sklar, as well as selections from the score composed by Sklar and Christopher Guardino. The soundtrack is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also listen to audio clips. Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas is directed by Mark Caballero & Seamus Walsh and featuring the voices of Jim Parsons, Mark Hamill, Ed Asner, Fred Armisen, Jay Leno, Matt Lauer, Rachael MacFarlane, Max Charles, Gilbert Gottfried, Kate Micucci and Steve Higgins. The Warner Bros. Animation production is based on Jon Favreau’s 2003 film starring Will Ferrell and the Broadway show Elf: The Musical and tells the story of Buddy’s travels to New York City to meet the father he never knew he had.
