Tony Morales is composing the score for the upcoming Lifetime original movie Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs. The film is directed by Gabriel Range (Death of a President) and stars Tony Goldwyn, Martin Landau, Molly Parker and Joey King. The movie tells the story of the fundamentalist Mormon leader who spent more than a year on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List for unlawful flight on charges related to his alleged arrangement of illegal marriages involving underage girls. Range also co-wrote the teleplay with Art Monterastelli (The Hunted), Steve Kornacki (Boardwalk Empire), Alyson Evans and Bryce Kass. Craig Zadan & Neil Meron (Hairspray, The Bucket List, Footloose) are executive producing the Sony Pictures Television production with Judith Verno (Lizzie Borden Took An Ax). Morales has previously co-scored the hit mini-series Hatfield & McCoys for the studio. Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs will premiere on June 28, 2014 on Lifetime.
