Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the animated sequel Planes: Fire & Rescue. The album features the film’s original score composed by Mark Mancina (Tarzan, Twister, Speed, Brother Bear) who previously scored last year’s first installment in the series. The soundtrack will be released on July 15, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. Planes: Fire & Rescue is directed by Bobs Gannaway and features the voice talent of Dane Cook, Julie Bowen, Stacy Keach, Brad Garrett, Danny Mann, Teri Hatcher and Ed Harris. The movie follows world-famous air racer Dusty who learns that his engine is damaged and he may never race again and is launched into the world of aerial firefighting.
