Back Lot Music and Varese Sarabande will release a soundtrack album for the action comedy Ride Along. The album features the film’s original score composed by Christopher Lennertz (Revolution, Identity Thief, Horrible Bosses). The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 14, 2014 by Back Lot Music and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A CD version will be released on January 28 by Varese Sarabande and can be pre-ordered on here. Check out audio clips after the jump. Ride Along is directed by Tim Story and stars Ice Cube, Kevin Hart, John Leguizamo, Bruce McGill, Tika Sumpter, Bryan Callen and Laurence Fishburne. The comedy follows a fast-talking guy who joins his girlfriend’s brother, a hot-tempered cop, to patrol the streets of Atlanta and gets entangled in the officer’s latest case.
