Amie Doherty (Spirit Untamed, Undone, Happiest Season, The High Note, Battle at Big Rock, Here and Now) is composing the original music for Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ original series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The show is developed by Jessica Gao and stars Tatiana Maslany, Jameela Jamil, Josh Segarra, Ginger Gonzaga, Jon Bass, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Tim Roth, as well as guest stars including Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong. The 9-part comedy follows an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases who must navigate the complicated life of a single, 30-something who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk. Gao is also executive producing the project with Kevin Feige (Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther), Louis D’Esposito & Victoria Alonso (Loki, WandaVision), Brad Winderbaum (Moon Knight, Hawkeye), as well as Kat Coiro (Marry Me, A Case of You) who also directed multiple episodes. Doherty will also participate at the film/TV composer panel Musical Anatomy of a Superhero at this year’s Comic-Con on July 21 and is expected to discuss her work on the series. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will premiere on August 17, 2022 on Disney+
Doherty has also recently scored Ross Kauffman’s documentary Of Medicine and Miracles, which just premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival last month and is currently awaiting a release date.
