MovieScore Media will release the official soundtrack album for British comedy drama The Duke. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee George Fenton (Dangerous Liaisons, Groundhog Day, Hitch, Anna and the King, The Blue Planet, Ever After). The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 25 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Duke is directed by Roger Michell and stars Jim Broadbent, Helen Mirren, Fionn Whitehead, Matthew Goode and Anna Maxwell Martin. The movie follows a 60 year-old London cab driver who in 1961 stole Goya’s portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery, the only robbery in the museum’s history. The dramedy, which premiered at the 2020 Venice Film Festival, will be released in UK theaters on February 25 and will open in U.S. theaters on March 25.

I would like to know the other songs that were in The Duke movie apart from the score. Songs like the cup of tea one
Same here. There’s no songs, I checked on imdb and nothing
Who played on this score the musicians and performances are excellent as is the recording and mixing. It seems wrong that they are anonymous and not celebrated along with George Fenton
What is the chant that the boys sing? “Kick down every door…” ?
