SATV will release a soundtrack album for the British drama The Colour Room. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nitin Sawhney (The Namesake, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, Traitors, Breathe, A Girl from Mogadishu, Lila Says). The soundtrack will be released digitally within the next day and will bw available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The Colour Room is directed by Claire McCarthy, written by Claire Peate and stars Phoebe Dynevor, Matthew Goode, David Morrissey, Kerry Fox, Darci Shaw, and Luke Norris. The movie tells the true story of pioneering ceramic artist Clarice Cliff and follows the determined, working class woman as she breaks the glass ceiling and revolutionizes the workplace in the 20th century. The drama just was released in the UK this past Friday in select theaters and on Sky Cinema. No word yet on a domestic release.
