Back Lot Music has released the cover version of Petula Clark’s Downtown from Edgar Wright’s psychological horror thriller Last Night in Soho. The track is performed by lead actress Anya Taylor-Joy, produced by the film’s composer Steven Price and is now available as a digital single (featuring an downtempo and uptempo version) to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. A full soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie will be coming out this Friday, October 22 and an album featuring the Price’s original score will released next Friday, October 29 . Last Night in Soho is co-written and directed by Wright and also stars Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie, Terence Stamp, Matt Smith, Diana Rigg, Michael Ajao, Rita Tushingham and Synnøve Karlsen. The thriller will be released in U.S. theaters nationwide on October 29 by Focus Features.
