Good Deed Music Group will release a soundtrack album for the indie comedy drama Summertime. The album features the film’s original score composed by John W. Snyder (The Veil, High & Mighty) and other music from the movie. The soundtrack will be released digitally this coming Friday, July 23 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Summertime is directed by Carlos Lopez Estrada (Raya and the Last Dragon, Blindspotting) and stars Tyris Winter, Marquesha Babers, Maia Mayor, Austin Antoine, Bryce Banks, Amaya Blankenship, Bene’t Benton, Gordon Ip and Jason Alvarez. The movie chronicles the intersecting stories of 25 young spoken word poets over a day in Los Angeles. The drama premiered at last year’s Sundance Film Festival and was released in select theaters earlier this month by Good Deed Entertainment.
