Michael Andrews (Donnie Darko, Neighbors, Freaks & Geeks, Bad Teacher, Me and You and Everyone We Know, Bridesmaids, Instant Family, The Heat) has composed the original music for the upcoming documentary Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain. The film is directed by Morgan Neville (20 Feet From Stardom, Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, They’ll Love Me When I’m Dead) and centers on the uncommon life of the late storyteller, explorer, and chef, Anthony Bourdain. The movie draws on the catalog of Bourdain’s on-screen work and features never-aired moments, home movies, and insights from those who knew him best. Neville is also producing the CNN Films, HBO Max and Tremolo production with Caitrin Rogers (Miss Americana, The Black Godfather). Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain is set to premiere this June at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival and will be released in U.S. theaters on July 16, 2021 by Focus Features.
