Robin Foster (Anthropoid, Untogether, Metro Manila) is the composer of the upcoming Netflix original series Criminal. The show is created by George Kay & Jim Field Smith and will comprise of 12 unique stories set in 4 different countries: France, Spain, Germany and the UK. Cast members include Katherine Kelly, Lee Ingleby & Nicholas Pinnock (in the UK), Margot Bancilhon, Laurent Lucas & Stéphane Jobert (in France), Eva Meckbach, Sylvester Groth & Florence Kasumba (in Germany) and Jorge Bosch, José Ángel Egido & Nuria Mencía (in Spain). Among the project’s guest stars are David Tennant, Hayley Atwell, Youssef Kerkour, Clare-Hope Ashitey, Nathalie Baye, Jérémie Renier, Peter Kurth, Christian Berkel, Carmen Machi and Inma Cuesta. The police procedural takes place exclusively within the confines of a police interview suite and will focus on the intense mental conflict between the police officer and the suspect in question. Kay and Field Smith are also executive producing the project. Criminal will premiere this fall exclusively on Netflix.
