Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1982 drama Monsignor directed by Frank Perry and starring Christopher Reeve, Genevieve Bujold, Fernando Rey, Adolfo Celi and Tomas Milian. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by John Williams (Star Wars, Jaws, E.T., Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park), including two previously unreleased cues plus several minutes of additional unreleased soundtrack versions recorded for the original 1982 album. Williams’ score is performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. The soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the track list and listen to several tracks.
