Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Boston. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Pollock, Blackfish, Monk, Appaloosa, Ugly Betty). The soundtrack will be released on April 7, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Boston is directed by Jon Dunham (Spirit of the Marathon), executive produced by Frank Marshall and narrated by Matt Damon. The movie tells the story of the Boston Marathon from its beginning in 1897 to present day and chronicles the growth, change, triumph and tragedy of the iconic race, demonstrating how it has both reflected and catalyzed social change. I am so honered to have been part of the movie (Boston) I had a photo of one of the memorials after the bombing. Boston can forever be proud of this amazing movie. And we will never forget all the victims!
