Brooke Blair and Will Blair have been tapped to score the upcoming indie comedy I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore. The film is written and directed by their brother Macon Blair (The Monkey’s Paw) and stars Melanie Lynskey, Elijah Wood, David Yow, Jane Levy and Devon Graye. The movie follows a a depressed woman who – after being burglarized – finds a new sense of purpose by tracking down the thieves, alongside her obnoxious neighbor. Neil Kopp & Anish Savjani (Green Room, Certain Women, Meek’s Cutoff) are producing the project with Vincent Savino (Blue Ruins) and Mette-Marie Katz. I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore will premiere in January in competition at the Sundance Film Festival.
The Blair brothers who are best known for their music for Jeremy Saulnier’s Green Room and Blue Ruins also have the documentary Batman & Bill directed by Don Argott & Sheena M. Joyce about the uncredited co-creator of Batman, Bill Finger, coming up. As previously reported, they have also composed the music for the upcoming drama The Scent of Rain & Lightning starring Maika Monroe.
