The details of the soundtrack album for the fantasy adventure Pete’s Dragon have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Daniel Hart (Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Tumbleweed). Also included are the movie’s original songs by Bonnie “Prince” Billy, The Lumineers, Lindsey Stirling feat. Andrew McMahon, as well as tracks by St. Vincent, Leonard Cohen & more. The soundtrack will be released on August 12, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Pete’s Dragon is directed by David Lowery and stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Oakes Fegley, Wes Bentley, Karl Urban, Oona Laurence and Robert Redford.
