Madison Gate Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Starz original series Outlander. The album features selections of the music from the show’s second season composed by Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Boy) who received an Emmy Award nomination for his work on the drama last year. The soundtrack will be released physically on October 28, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check back on this page for the full album details. The label has previously released two soundtracks featuring McCreary’s music from the first season. Outlander is created by Ronald D. Moore based on the books by Diana Gabaldon and stars Caitrona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Tobias Menzies, Graham McTavish, Gary Lewis, Duncan Lacroix, Annette Badland and Stephen Walters.
