La-La Land Records has released a remastered and expanded soundtrack album for the 1997 action thriller The Peacemaker directed by Mimi Leder and starring George Clooney & Nicole Kidman. The music for the DreamWorks Pictures production is composed by Hans Zimmer (Gladiator, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, Inception). The 2-CD set features over 150 minutes of music, including such bonus cues as original album edits and the original trailer music. The soundtrack is limited to 3000 copies and is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the full album details and listen to audio clips.
The label has also released a soundtrack album for the DC Universe Animated Movie Son of Batman. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frederik Wiedmann (Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox). The soundtrack will be available digitally and a limited physical edition, which is limited to 1500 copies and features two exclusive tracks, is now available to order in La-La Land Records’ online store, where you can also check out audio clips. Son of Batman was released earlier this month on Blu-ray and DVD.
