La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1984 comedy classic Police Academy directed by Hugh Wilson and starring Steve Guttenberg, George Gaynes, Kim Cattrall and G.W. Bailey. The album features the complete score from the film composed by Robert Folk (Ace Ventura 2: When Nature Calls, Tremors, Nothing to Lose). Also included as a bonus track is El Bimbo performed by Jean-Marc Dompierre and His Orchestra and used in the movie for the film’s Blue Oyster Bar. The soundtrack for the Warner Bros. Pictures production is limited to 3000 copies and will be available to order on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 on La-La Land Records’ official website.
