Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the psychological horror thriller Family. The album features the film’s original music composed by Logan Nelson (Elizabeth Taylor: The Lost Tapes, Nothing Lasts Forever, Crows Are White, Mastermind: To Think Like a Killer, The Last Republican, The Sanctity of Space, Straight Up) . The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. Family is written and directed by Benjamin Finkel and stars Ruth Wilson, Ben Chaplin, Cameron Dawson Gray and Allan Corduner. The movie revolves around a 10-year-old girl who begins to believe her parents are trying to kill her and – convinced a sinister spirit is to blame – spirals into a haunting fantasy world that mirrors her deepest fears. The thriller premiered at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival and was released in select theaters and on VOD last month by Vertical.
