Media Valley has released a soundtrack album for the CBBC action/adventure series Gifted. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Anne-Sophie Versnaeyen (La Belle Epoque, Mascarade, Bernadette, OSS 117: Red Alert in Black Africa, The Dinner, My Cousin, I Still Hide to Smoke). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. Gifted is created by Emma Reeves based on the novels by Marilyn Kaye and stars Jess Hardwick, Dominic McLaughlin, Eva McCallum, Charlie Geany, Oliver Martindale, Alexander Tait, Cara McFarlane, Elena Yap, Claire Charlotte Cassidy and Mandipa Kabanda. The Black Camel Pictures production tells the story of a diverse group of Scottish teens in the city of Edinburgh who discover they have unique superpowers, from invisibility to telekinesis and mind-reading, and must join forces when they realize they’re being targeted by a powerful organization. The series premiered in the UK last fall on CBBC and on the BBCiPlayer.
