Marco Beltrami (Scream, 3:10 to Yuma,A Quiet Place, Logan, Ford v. Ferrari, Hellboy, The Hurt Locker, Snowpiercer, The Wolverine) has composed the original music for the upcoming Netflix original film Unabomber. The movie is directed by Janus Metz (Borg vs McEnroe, All the Old Knives) and stars Russell Crowe, Jacob Tremblay, Shailene Woodley, Alexander Ludwig, Annabelle Wallis, Steven Ogg and Marc Menchaca. The drama inspired by true events follows Ted Kaczynski’s transformation from Harvard prodigy into the infamous Unabomber as the FBI hunts him down. Sam Chalsen and Nelson Greaves (Unfriended) wrote the screenplay. Sophie Cassidy is producing the project for 2.0 Entertainment. Unabomber will premiere on September 25, 2026 exclusively on Netflix.
Beltrami’s other upcoming projects include Jean-Francois Richet’s Quaasimodo (co-scored with Marcus Trumpp), which is also set to premiere this fall on Netflix, as well as Bong Joon Ho’s animated feature Ally, which will be released in 2027. He also serves as the score producer on Richet’s Mutiny, which will be released in theaters nationwide on August 21 by Lionsgate.
