Music producer and DJ Ylia has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish musical drama Saturn Return (Segundo Premio). The album features the artist’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Saturn Return is co-written and directed by Isaki Lacuesta, co-directed by Pol Rodríguez and stars Daniel Ibáñez, Cristalino, Stephánie Magnin, Mafo and Chesco Ruiz. The movie, which was selected as Spain’s entry in the International Feature category for 2025’s Academy Awards, chronicles the indie rock band band Los Planetas’ origin story in the late 1990s in Granada when they were facing a crisis just before the making of an album that would transform them, and the Spanish music scene, forever. The drama premiered at the 2024 Málaga Film Festival and opened in Spanish theaters later that year. No word on a domestic release date.
