Continuum 120 Music has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian drama Mongrels. The album features the film’s original music composed by Hao-Ting Shih & Tae-Young Yu. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to a track (Birthday Montage) from the composer’s score below. Mongrels is written and directed by Jerome Yoo and stars Sein Jin, Jae-hyun Kim and Da-nu Nam. The movie is set in 1991 and tells the story of a grieving Korean family who immigrate to the Canadian prairies to help cull the troubling population of feral dogs, but must confront their own personal trials and tribulations. The drama premiered at the 2024 Vancouver International Film Festival and was released in select (Canadian) theaters and on VOD last year.
