Matt Pusti (aka Makeup and Vanity Set) (The Girlfriend Experience, A Good Woman Is Hard to Find) has been tapped to score the upcoming action/horror thriller Onslaught. The film is directed by Adam Wingard (Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla x Kong) and stars Adria Arjona, Dan Stevens, Reginald VelJohnson, Eric Wareheim, Drew Starkey, Alex Pereira, Michael Biehn and Rebecca Hall. The movie follows a mother living in a trailer park as she uses her survival skills to protect her family from a terrifying escaped military threat, while a team of mercenaries attempts to contain it. Simon Barrett (The Guest, You’re Next) wrote the screenplay based on a story by himself and Wingard. They are both also producing the RPC production with Aaron Ryder (Arrival, The Prestige), Andrew Swett (I Love Boosters, The Death of Robin Hood), Jeremy Platt (Hap and Leonard, The Violent Kind) and Alexander Black. Onslaught will be released in theaters nationwide on September 4, 2026 by A24.
