TV Friends Forever has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature Heidi – Rescue of the Lynx. The album features the film’s original music composed by Ute Engelhardt (Maya the Bee Movie, Maya the Bee: The Honey Games & The Golden Herb, Vic the Viking and the Magic Sword). Also included is a new version of the theme song from the 1970s Heidi animated series (originally written by Christian Bruhn, Andrea Wagner & Wolfgang Weinzierl) performed by Sophie van Hasselt. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the song and the first score track below. Heidi – Rescue of the Lynx directed by Tobias Schwarz is based on Johanna Spyri’s book of the same title and tells the story of a girl from the Swiss Alps who must return a young lynx back to its family in the mountains.
