Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the supernatural horror feature Obsession. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rock Burwell. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 15. The streaming/download link will be added to this page within the next day. Waxwork Records will release a vinyl edition. Obsession is written and directed by Curry Barker and stars Michael Johnston, Inde Navarrette, Megan Lawless, Cooper Tomlinson and Andy Richter. The movie follows a hopeless romantic who makes a wish that his long-time crush falls in love with him and finds himself getting exactly what he asked for, but soon discovers that some desires come at a dark, sinister price. Barker’s feature directorial debut premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival and is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Focus Features.
