Danny Elfman (Batman, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Spider-Man, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, Men in Black, Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) has written the theme for the upcoming HBO Max original series Stuart Fails to Save the Universe. The Big Bang Theory spinoff is created by Chuck Lorre (Two and a Half Men, The Kominsky Method), Zak Penn (Ready Player One, Free Guy) & Bill Prady (Dharma & Greg, Young Sheldon) and stars Kevin Sussman who reprises his role of comic book store owner Stuart Bloom, as well as Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn and John Ross Bowie. The comedy follows Bloom as he is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Lorre, Penn & Brady are also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television production. Stuart Fails to Save the Universe will premiere this July on HBO Max.
