Brad Breeck (Gravity Falls, Kiff, Voltron: Legendary Defender, We Bare Bears, The Owl House) has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix original animated series Stranger Things: Tales from ’85. The show is based on the streamer’s hit series Stranger Things (scored by Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein) and features the voices of Brooklyn Davey Norstedt, Jolie Hoang-Rappaport, Luca Diaz, Braxton Quinney, Elisha Williams, Benjamin Plessala, Brett Gipson, Odessa A’zion, Jeremy Jordan and Janeane Garofalo. The animated adventure is set in the stark winter of 1985, where the original characters must fight new monsters and unravel a paranormal mystery terrorizing their town. Eric Robles (Glitch Techs) serves as the project’s showrunner and is also executive producing the project with Stranger Things creators Matt & Ross Duffer and Hilary Leavitt (Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen) for Upside Down Pictures, alongside Shawn Levy (Deadpool & Wolverine, Real Steel) & Dan Cohen (Shadow & Bone, Love & Monsters) for 21 Laps Entertainment. Flying Bark is the animation studio. Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 will premiere on April 24 exclusively on Netflix.
