Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the MGM+ original series American Classic. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Dog Man, Daisy Jones & the Six, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Knuckles, Early Man, Reminders of Him, Parenthood). American Classic is created by Michael Hoffman & Bob Martin and stars Kevin Kline, Laura Linney, Jon Tenney, Jessica Hecht, Tony Shalhoub, Nell Verlaque, Len Cariou, Ajay Friese, Billy Carter, Stephen Spinella, Aaron Tveit, Elise Kibler, Jane Alexander and Mark Linn-Baker. The comedy revolves around a Broadway veteran who retreats to his hometown after a public meltdown to find his family’s theater in shambles and decides only he can save it. The series premiered last Sunday on MGM+.
