Federico Jusid (The English, The Night Manager, A Gentleman in Moscow, The Secret in Their Eyes, The Penguin Lessons, A Thousand Blows, Misconduct, The Head) has recently scored the new Netflix original film Firebreak (Cortafuego). The movie is co-directed by David Victori (The Pact) and stars Belén Cuesta, Enric Auquer, Joaquín Furriel and Diana Gómez. The psychological thriller follows a mother who must race against time to find her daughter wh disappears in the forest as a fire breaks out while her family packs up their home.Anxo Rodríguez (You Would Do It Too, Los Farad) is producing the project for Espotlight Media, alongside Ferran Tomás. Jusid has previously co-scored Vitori’s 2020 feature Hold the Line. Firebreak will premiere this coming Friday, February 20 exclusively on Netflix.
