Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album featuring four scores composed and conducted by Emmy Award winner Lee Holdridge (Splash, The Beastmaster, Mr. Mom, The Mists of Avalon, Old Gringo, Oliver’s Story) for several documentary films set during the Olympics. Titles include the composer’s music from Bud Greenspan’s 1985 documentary 16 Days of Glory about the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, as well as Barcelona 1992, The Spirit of the Olympics and Lillhammer 1994. Lee Holdridge Goes to the Olympics is now available to order as a limited edition 2-CD set on the label’s official website, where you can also check out audio samples and find out more about the release. A digital version is expected to be released in the coming months. 16 Days of Glory is currently available to stream on HBO Max.
