Ludwig Göransson was honored with his second Critics Choice Award in the Best Score category for his music for Ryan Coogler’s Sinners at tonight’s 31st Critics Choice Awards ceremony in Los Angeles. He previously received the award for his music from Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer in 2024. The other composers nominated in the category were Hans Zimmer (F1), Alexandre Desplat (Frankenstein), Max Richter (Hamnet), Daniel Lopatin (Marty Supreme) and Jonny Greenwood (One Battle After Another).
In the Original Song category, Ejae, Mark Sonnenblick, Ido, 24 & Teddy won the award for Golden from the animated film KPop Demon Hunters.
