The details of the full soundtrack album for fifth season of the Netflix original series Stranger Things have been revealed. The album features the ten songs of the Volume 1 & Volume 2 release, as well as four additional tracks from the series finale: David Bowie’s Heroes, Iron Maiden’s The Trooper, Pixies’ Here Comes Your Man and Cowboy Junkies’ Sweet Jane. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 1 by Legacy Recordings. As previously reported, the album will also be coming out physically (on CD, vinyl and audio cassette) on January 30 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A separate soundtrack featuring Kyle Dixon’s & Michael Stein’s score from Season 5 is being released today by Lakeshore Records. Stranger Things is created by Matt & Ross Duffer and stars Millie Bobby Brown, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke and Linda Hamilton. The series finale will premiere today on Netflix and is also being released in theaters nationwide.
