Opening in select theaters today is the British drama Goodbye June directed by Kate Winslet and starring Helen Mirren, Winslet herself, Toni Collette, Andrea Riseborough, Johnny Flynn, Timothy Spall, Fisayo Akinade and Stephen Merchant. Ben Harlan who is best known for his work as a clarinetist has composed the film’s original music. A soundtrack album will be announced soon. The movie, which follows an ill yet quick-witted mother who orchestrates a final farewell on her own terms, will also be available to stream on December 24 on Netflix.
Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the thriller Turbulence directed by Claudio Fäh and starring Hera Hilmar, Jeremy Irvine, Kelsey Grammer and Olga Kurylenko. The film’s original music is composed by Marcus Trumpp (Love and Monsters, Plane, Fear Street Part 1 & 3, The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death, Clown in a Cornfield).
