Meraki Assai has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish comedy Leo & Lou. The album features the film’s original music composed by Iván Palomares (Words for an End of the World, The Vineyard, Dancing on Glass, Up Among the Stars, Bunker: Project 12). Leo & Lou is co-written and directed by Carlos Solano and stars Isak Férriz, Julia Sulleiro, Manuel Manquiña, Marta Larralde, María Pujalte asnd Maggie Civantos. The movie revolves around a mute young orphan who doesn’t seem to fit in anywhere and escapes from the children’s home where she lives in order to travel to a fishing competition. The comedy premiered a this year’s Valladolid International Film Festival and will be released in Spanish theaters this coming Friday, November 7.
