Owen Pallett (Her, The Box, On the Count of Three, Life, Alice/Darling, Spaceship Earth) is scoring the upcoming comedy Dream Scenario. The film is written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli and stars Nicolas Cage, Julianne Nicholson, Michael Cera, Dylan Gelula, Tim Meadows and Dylan Baker. The movie revolves around an inconspicuous academic who is thrust into the limelight after he starts inexplicably appearing in people’s dreams. Cage is also producing the project with Square Peg’s Ari Aster (Hereditary, Midsommar) & Lars Knudsen (The Witch, The Northman), as well as Jacob Jaffke (Pearl, X) and Tyler Campellone. Dream Scenario will premiere in September at the Toronto Film Festival and is scheduled to be released in U.S. theaters on November 10, 2023 by A24.
