Yair Elazar Glotman (False Positive, Last and First Men) has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix original film Reptile. The movie marks the narrative feature debut of music video director Grant Singer (Shawn Mendes: In Wonder) and stars Benicio Del Toro, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Silverstone, Eric Bogosian, Domenick Lombardozzi, Ato Essandoh, Frances Fisher, Karl Glusman, Michael Carmen Pitt and Matilda Lutz. The crime thriller follows a hardened detective who – after the brutal murder of a young real estate agent – attempts to uncover the truth in a case where nothing is as it seems. Singer also co-wrote the screenplay with Benjamin Brewer (The Trust) and Del Toro. Black Label Media’s Molly Smith, Trent & Thad Luckinbill (Sicario, Only the Brave, Demolition) are producing the project. Reptile will premiere next month at the Toronto International Film Festival and will debut on October 6, 2023 on Netflix.
